Last week the first through the fifth grade went to a Matzah Bakery for children. The trip was really awesome. The kids were able to see how dough is made for Matzah and how the kernels are taken out of wheat stalks. They each got a piece of dough and rolled it out to make their very own Matzah to take home. Another really fun part of the trip was the interactive play about Pharaoh and Ten Plagues.. the trip was really great, and as always there are some great pictures for all the parents to enjoy.
