Dear Parents:
In preparation for the upcoming commencement week, each student will receive 2 invitations to send out to family and family friends (i.e. Grandparents, aunts and uncles, extended family, family friends or neighbors) Being that the invitations will be mailed from the school, we request that you provide the addresses of the 2 people/ families that you and your child would like to invite to their class graduation or recital.
Please fill out the information below and return this form to the office or to your child’s teacher by Monday, June 13th.
If you have not done so yet please either call the school secretary or
send in the information not later than tomorrow morning.
